Introduction: I am originally from Omaha, Nebraska. I received my bachelor of science degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in management with a double emphasis in information systems and marketing. After brief stays in Chicago and Missouri, I set my sights in Nashville. Having an affinity towards urban living, I was quickly drawn to our core areas such as Hillsboro Village, Belmont, Vandy, West End, and 12th South. I've enjoyed watching other urban neighborhoods spring up like the Gulch. Right now, I live in the Gulch, and I really enjoy the zero-maintenance lifestyle. My client focus areas are Hillsboro Village, 12th South, Midtown, West End, Vandy, Gulch, Downtown, Germantown, and East Nashville. I'm very passionate about the development of Nashville. I know which areas have the greatest appeal due to consumer and neighborhood trends. Nashville is really growing, and I know the directions our city will move 5-10 years out. I always put great focus on my clients. I've never had an unsatisfied client nor do I plan to.
