Initially, I had Intercept Roofing help me with filing an insurance claim on some storm damage to my shingles. Trace was awesome dealing with the insurance company as they originally didn't want to pay for the roof replacement. Intercept was easy to work with and their communication was consistent and pleasant. I only needed to pay my deductible for a roof which was a relief given the bill I was originally facing.
