Our roof was leaking. It was old and they replaced it. They did a wonderful job. Cleaned everything up and ran a magnet over the yard to make sure all nails were collected. We are very happy with the job.

He came out and gave me a quote on gutters and a new roof. It was a great quote so he came to my work so I could sign the contract and within a week my project was complete. Clean up was excellent and I have received complements on my new roof! Great job!!

After having a botched job prior to hiring Milliken's I was apprehensive to hire again through Thumbtack. However the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" Jason was punctual, fixed the problem and even found additional issues that I was having. HE was prompt, very informative, and completed the job in the most timely manner. I essentially had a leak in my "roof" that was coming through the chimney. He went above and beyond to find siding that matched the rest of the house that needed to be replaced and completed it all within the hour. I highly recommend Milliken's for all your roofing needs and if ever needed I would definitely hire again.

Jason was excellent. Discovered the problem wasn't a roofing issue but a leaky AC unit from a broken drain pipe. Didn't charge me for the evaluation and offered to fix the problem regardless. A+ service and would hire again.
