They were willing to give estimates on both repair and replace, the price was below a competing estimate, and they were quick once I agreed to replacement. The quality is also very competitive, and I appreciate the warranty.

Jason at Milliken's Roofing was fantastic!
Initial communication was immediate, and he then came out to review the damage on the same day of inquiry. Ultimately, he isolated that it was not a roofing issue but a plumbing issue, and helped me to prevent further damage.
Though I will not be needing him for this job, his attention to service and the customer will have me calling him for any roofing needs I might have in the future.

After having a botched job prior to hiring Milliken's I was apprehensive to hire again through Thumbtack. However the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" Jason was punctual, fixed the problem and even found additional issues that I was having. HE was prompt, very informative, and completed the job in the most timely manner. I essentially had a leak in my "roof" that was coming through the chimney. He went above and beyond to find siding that matched the rest of the house that needed to be replaced and completed it all within the hour. I highly recommend Milliken's for all your roofing needs and if ever needed I would definitely hire again.

Our roof was leaking. It was old and they replaced it. They did a wonderful job. Cleaned everything up and ran a magnet over the yard to make sure all nails were collected. We are very happy with the job.

Millikan was very professional. Arrived when he said he would and replaced the missing tiles in a very quick manner. Checked other areas of the roof to make sure more work was not needed. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again for a job well done
