I cannot recommend White Glove highly enough for anyone in the Nashville area needing roof work. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely impressive. Our sales rep, Baldemar Guerra, is a true professional who clearly cares about his clients. He went completely out of his way to accommodate our busy lives, often working late into the night to go over inspections and quotes with us. His dedication made a stressful situation feel manageable. The entire team was incredibly prompt throughout the process. Once the job was done, the cleanup was so thorough you’d never have known a crew had been there. They handled our unique repair following ice storm damage with total expertise, ensuring everything was structurally sound and built to last. A nice touch during the process was watching Baldemar flying his drone to capture before-and-after photos. Having that visual documentation for our insurance claim was incredibly helpful and gave us total peace of mind. Great Value & Long-Term Protection For those in Tennessee, I highly recommend asking them about Class 4 shingles. White Glove worked with us to get a very fair price on these high-durability shingles, which often qualify for a discount on homeowner's insurance in our area. We needed roof work done fast on a Sunday and White Glove Roofing was the only company I called that not only had a real person answer the phone, but had someone come out that day. We are still waiting for a callback from a couple of other companies :). We were on the schedule for that Thursday with a complete deck and roof replacement. Baldemar walked us through the process and was responsive the entire time, even being onsite during work much of the time. Their office called multiple times to check in throughout the process as well, which made us feel more comfortable. I was hesitant with such a new company, but we are so happy with the results! Excellent company, would highly recommend!
