I've only had one lesson so far, plus the initial consultation. It's going great so far. I am impressed with how quickly I was paired with a teacher and got my first lesson a few days later. I appreciate how clear everything is, and the communication is great. I am only doing 30 minute lessons for now, but I've been given a lot of tools to improve already. Mallory is my teacher, and she is very encouraging and positive. I look forward to continuing my lessons and improving my singing ability.

Working with Christy Sutherland has made a big difference in my singing and a huge difference in my confidence. She and Jacob (as well as, I'm assuming, the other voice coaches among them) have worked with many big names in music. 12/10 would recommend anyone who wants to sing. I have had an amazing experience from beginning to present. Extremely fast response times and overall professionalism. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time I meet with a new customer is a free consultation and vocal assessment. We focus on their background, their goals, their diet, etc. Once I am able to pinpoint where a singer's voice is having troubles, we can then formulate a personalized plan to help that singer reach their specific goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Georgia studying Communications and Music Business. I have been singing all of my life and I have been fortunate enough to train under some of the top vocal coaches in the country. My techniques are built on the foundations of Speech Level Singing, mix voice training, and real life experience in the music industry as a professional singer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of studying under some of the top vocal coaches in the industry, I was torn between pursuing music or becoming a counselor. A lot of my vocal coaches at the time tended to double as therapist in our lessons and I saw a marriage of my two passions: people and music.
