no, each project has its own personality and deserves to be priced acordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer phone calls at first,then text to be able to read the information. customers like to have others read the diagnosis, or course of repair / replace of equipment. it seems to help for someone else to read and understand what's going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of the Nashville state vocational school. and more technology supplimental training than anyone should admit to.
