Their technician, Lee, arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved it efficiently. He didnt just stop at fixing the cloghe took the time to thoroughly inspect the system for any additional issues.During his inspection, Lee identified that our outdoor unit (3.5-ton Rheem heat pump system) was low on refrigerant. Jason installed our electric tankless hot water heater where we had a storage one prior. He was able to get our 40 gal storage tank down from our loft down a spiral staircase. It was amazing! His work is amazing and I’m very satisfied with the result. He stuck around after installing it and troubleshooted to make sure we were satisfied. Jeff came out much faster than expected on the Friday after Thanksgiving to look at it, researched brands and sizing, and had a quote for me on Monday the 30th.
