Fantastic service from Colin. Switched out washer hoses to preferred steel mesh, confirmed water to washer is o when handle perpendicular to pipe, despite what AI says, fixed hot water flow to kitchen sink, pointed out the actual house water shutoff valve in basement, different than what the home inspector said (that was shutoff to hot water heater only) and replaced a temporary shark tooth valve with a permanent connection in the crawl space. He spotted this issue and we are glad he did since it should have been switched out long ago.
