I am a Reiki practitioner, certified at the Master level and have been working with Reiki for over 8 years. I have been studying herbalism for over 10 years. Tarot, Herbalism and Reiki have the ability to work harmoniously together and can be especially beneficial in tandem.
Reiki is the timeless art of channelling energy through the body and rooted in the understanding that we are all connected through energy, which flows through all living beings. Reiki is beautiful support for healing of the body, mind and spirit, and can promote balance and overall well being. It can be beneficial in supporting recovery from illness, injuries, surgeries, depression, emotional trauma and exhaustion. Distance Reiki is rooted in the understanding that we are all connected through energy that transcends geographical constraints regardless of physical location. My goal is to help bring about a sense of calm, rejuvenation and restoration no matter the distance.
A session can be performed by phone, Zoom or Skype.
