- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will find that our pricing is competitive with the National market and that we are much lower than the big box, "get them in, get them out” competitors. Keep in mind that our prices are based on the complexity (forms needed) of your return and not hourly. We also file returns for Partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, & Non-Profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first one-on-one meeting begins with us starting a conversation about their goals. That is followed by us analyzing their individual needs so we can help our clients successfully achieve said goals.
