- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are consistently watching films and tutorials, going out into the world and practicing, and learning from the mentors we have all around us. We made the decision at the start of this company to never stop learning.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Dani and I flew to different cities across the country to interview employees of Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. We filtered down 500min of raw footage to 11 minutes of produced video. After the company gathering where the video was shown, we heard back from our client that several long time employees, their CEO included, shed tears and claimed we had perfectly captured the ethos and energy of the company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet with your potential hire BEFORE you hire them. There are many approaches to telling a story through video, but if I were a customer, I would want to hire someone who would invest emotionally in me and the job.
