Introduction: My goal as a teacher is to give a student an array of tools that he or she may choose to use while singing, in order to communicate emotions and feelings to the highest degree. Singing is a highly individual and personal act. I strive to train singers in a way that is supportive of their natural talents and expands their horizons as artists. As part of that goal, we will work on vocal production, musicality, musicianship and interpretation of texts, among other things in our time together. I have studied voice and teaching at the college and graduate level, and I am always excited to teach new students!
