A picture says a 1000 words. I wish there was space here to show the disaster this aggressive, unprofessional, rude worker left for me.
I don’t know how she got these positive reviews — she must have a large family. She is a nightmare. Still considering taking her to court for ruining my very expensive wallpaper.
I have had this looked at by two other reputable installers who both told me they would have to take it down and redo completely.
There is much more that I could share, but just want to warn anyone considering using this woman’s services. DO NOT HIRE!!

Do NOT use this company!! I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve hired dozens of companies from thumbtack over the years. Its been an overwhelmingly positive and reliable experience, and I’ve never left a negative review on TT until today.
I’ve now reached out to this company twice about wallpaper installation for 2 separate projects. Each time has been an extremely frustrating experience. Both times I’ve gone back and forth with Ron about pricing while he nitpicks and delays giving a price. After I finally manage to get a price - an original quote for 3 rooms - he suddenly sent me a 7:45am text a week before we were going to book the project that he was doubling the cost. More than anything, it’s just more wasted time that we don’t have, which is par for the course with this company. There are so many better and easy-going providers out there. He lost what would have been a lifelong customer because the communication and overall process are terrible.
