FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have tiers depending on what you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a bride has hired me, I set an initial consultation meeting, where I run through a thorough list of questions that will provide a picture for the bride and myself. I'll be able to help the bride see gaps or reaffirm that she has her ducks in a row. Most brides I work with already have vendors or ideas. I come in and take over once they have booked their vendors. I review contracts and pull out important details that need to be top of mind. I coordinate with vendors and create a timeline to include arrival times of vendors along with any times they provide me (photographer's timeline, dinner served, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I interned for the #1 Wedding Planner in Indianapolis, Indiana, and was contracted as her assistant years following. She is now retired and refers business to me. I have also done marketing and events for my full-time M-F job for 10+ years
