- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not very complicated however, some jobs are more labor intensive than others and others require more time and skill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process is to meet with prospective customer to discuss the requirements of the job and depending on the work to be done, I will either put together a bid estimate/quote or give an hourly rate. Once a price has been agreed upon, I will produce a contract spelling out all details, in order to alleviate any issues or disagreements over the agreed upon scope of work. I require a 50% down payment to cover materials and other expenses, then I accept the remainder, once my customer is 100% satisfied that the work has been completed, and meets or exceeds their expectations.

I constantly seek new methods and ways to improve. I am both a mentor and apprentice but always a student
