It is my first time taking private Yoga classes. Alexis is an excellent, kind and patient teacher. Classes are more than just physical exercise but a complete 'feel good' session. I am on my week two and noted changes right away. I am so pleased with her that I am doing 2 (and later on 3) times a week. Absolutely recommend her for any level.

Alexis was great! She did a privet yoga class for my girlfriend, my sons and I. She held my 7 year olds attention for the whole hour. Great way to start our day! We will be taking her class, often!

Such an amazing grasp on yoga and how each individual person can benefit with her guidance at whatever level they are at! She is so patient and understanding I'm very happy I met her and will work with her for a long time!
