We had an issue with our stove: apparently the maid used too much water when cleaning which caused a short in the switch system. Bobby was reluctant to make an insurance claim against his policy-fearing an increase in rates. We decided to let go of our wonderful maid as a result. Seems as if Bobby is more self centered than serving. Great maids but very uncaring administration. I'd stay away from this company.
