I had Manuel and his team do two projects. They built a garage where carport was and built-in bunk beds. I have worked with many contractors of the years clans can confirm CEM is absolute top performers with a high bar for quality. I was extremely happy with professionalism and craft ship of their work and they do it all. Will be my absolute go to for all future projects.

We did not use them for our project but they were very quick to get us a quote and we're very professional. They did not actually come to the site to review work for quote which was a little concerning.
