- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On most aspects on pricing we have flat rate. This insures the customer they are not getting charged anymore than quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we try and show them we take pride in our work. We are not trying to just sell them something they do not need. We will only recommend what is needed and let the customer decide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We try to go to as many seminars and classes that are available.
