Robert and Brandy did a beautiful job installing the laminate flooring I had pre-purchased on sale at Lowes for our new thetransferlab.com office in Brentwood. Within seconds of their arrival Robert discussed the plan for installation while Brandy scoped out what needed to be done to remove the old carpet. Not only did they do a great job on the new installation, but they also went the extra mile running to the store to get trim pieces i had forgotten to purchase. One other happy story ... During their installation I returned unannounced to check on their progress and discovered Brandy repairing a problem on a previously installed floor done by someone else. There was a large gap in the boards. I didn't ask them to fix it, yet they took the time to repair it perfectly. It's the extra little things like this that impess me. I'm my line of work prices are based on your sqft and also the type of flooring that would be getting installed but I can give a estimate over phone that would give you a ball park price of what floors you are interested in. Can
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try my best to answer any questions they may have as well as giving advice along the way as to what type of floor might best fit budget and best choice for their new floors
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 yrs hands on training/experience. In past I've took classes for hardwood, tile, and vinyl. In 2005 I was Armstrong certified for hardwood flooring.
