Too long; didn’t read: Look no further, you have found an excellent housekeeper. Ana has cleaned my home bi weekly for 2 years now. I hired/fired 3 other housekeepers before finding Ana. Ana is the best, here is why: 1. She is always on time (within an hour) and always has the tools needed to complete the job. 2. She texts me when she is heading to my house with an ETA. 3. She is polite to my cat and I, respectful of my home and how I like to keep things, and has a great work ethic. She also says hello and goodbye if I am around as she enters or leaves. (The others never did) 4. She goes beyond what is asked! I once asked if she could clean a shelf in my refrigerator instead of the guest room that was unused, she took everything out of the fridge and freezer and cleaned it spotless. She has done this with my oven, also. She has also folded my clean laundry when I had forgotten it on the bed. Folding laundry is not part of our agreement. She did this extra because she is awesome. 5. Integrity: When she was new to cleaning my home, she accidentally bumped an olive oil bottle next to the stove and it broke against the backsplash. She immediately brought the accident to my attention and apologized. 6. She did her initial deep cleaning of my home and then kept all the deep cleaning stuff (fans, baseboards, etc) on the her schedule for the following two years. 7. Nothing has ever gone missing! 8. Common sense: In my office, she pays attention to paperwork on the desk and the working area. She does an excellent job of cleaning while not disturbing ongoing work/paperwork on the desk and tables. I am happy to have Ana as a housekeeper!

My wife and I were thrilled with the work Ana and her crew did, from arrival to departure the thoroughness and professionalism were exemplary. We have a lot of paintings and art objects and they cleaned everything without a hitch. I am looking forward to scheduling return visits.
