Latest Review: Ethan Painter was my trainer for over a year. I approached him about using weight training to address bone loss in my hips. The program that he designed was so effective, that within 1 year the bone loss stopped as determined by a bone density test. He was always pleasant and encouraging. My goals for each session were challenging, but attainable. I never thought that I would enjoy weight training, however, I looked forward to my time and my overall strength and fitness increased substantially. Ethan designs each client's program very individually, tailoring their workouts to their specific needs and goals. Anyone with the motivation and discipline to seek out personal training will certainly reach their health, weight, or fitness goals if they follow the workout plan Ethan designs for them.
