Lalo is the best!! Since our first session. I have an insanely busy work schedule and on top of it have been pretty sick. I don’t mean to cause any offense to the negative review left for him by the young lady that gave him a poor rating but I’ve had to cancel a few sessions and he’s always been really understanding and flexible. As long as he has a enough times notice he will work with you. The few sessions I have had with Lalo have all been so effective and left me feeling stronger and confident then what I did walking into the gym.

Jim is an absolute professional when it comes to physical training. Although I'm only three weeks into our program, the quality of training I've already received has led to tremendous gains in my physical stamina, strength, self-confidence and overall health. His expertise allow him to work with all levels regardless of where one might be upon starting, and his routines are diverse, effective, and above all fun. And while he's certainly in the business of putting your training at the top, his relaxed and generous manner make getting through workouts a pleasure. Josh, Nic and Chad are an amazing trio of trainers, workout partners and motivators. They dont believe in going the fast track but rather building your body the right way. No drugs, solid advice, they try and work around your busy work schedule, they help with meal plans, keep switching workouts to make it more challenging yet derive results. I can tell you working 80 plus hours a week, they are definitely a sanily check for me. Nic in particular has been a rock and by my side for over a year. Thank you Team Stigletics!

Rob Murden is an excellent coach and personal trainer. He is well-versed in various fitness domains (cardio, strength, flexibility, plyometrics, stamina) and styles of working out (Crossfit, boot camps, circuit training, powerlifting, olympic lifting). For the last decade exercise has been like religion to me. I have spent countless hours reading fitness magazines, websites, blogs, etc. It was my escape my from the daily grind of life and I genuinely enjoyed spending hours in the gym to the point of exhaustion picking up and putting down heavy things. During my late teenage and early 20 years progress came easy. I would lift weights, do limited cardio, eat what I wanted (despite knowing better), and make progress towards my fitness goals. Somewhere along the line, I found that my workouts had gotten stagnant and I wasn’t enjoying it the way I used to. Though my wife had suggested I get a trainer. I was hesitant to embrace the thought of a trainer, not wanting to surrender the control over my exercise regimen since I thought I knew it all. Then, I started training with Patrick and had no idea what I didn’t know. In the 6 months I have been working out with Patrick I have made more progress that I had in the last 5 years. I am leaner and stronger than ever before. Everything with him is really collaborative in identifying goals, strengths and weaknesses; which was very important to me.
