- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We listen to clients describe the details of their project. Suggest any design ideas of our own then figure a price to those custom specifications. Throwing loose bids out is not professional nor our practice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a shop/jobsite setting learning from my father and our subcontractors. I apprenticed under each subcontractor to increase my abilities as a General Contractor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and Commercial clients for both remodeling and new construction projects.
