My previous aluminum windows were about 20-30 years old and starting to fall apart, plus my AC/heater ran constantly in the summer and winter. Once I got an estimate from Brighton I was shocked at how affordable it was, but their customer service was 10/10 and the windows themselves are beautiful and making a huge difference to my energy bill! AC doesnt run 24/7 anymore! Brightons installers were super professional too with very little touch up work needed after they were done, which surprised me because I thought for sure I would have to hire a painter to come up and touch things up. I couldnt be happier and I definitely recommend Brighton Exteriors!"See more

Asked me to use a different site to book, quoted me different hourly rates via text, email and website, said they need to send two people for work on doors at double the hourly rate, confirmed my booking date and time and then in the last 5 minutes of their arrival window said they can’t make it today because they forgot to schedule the 2nd person.
