Larry was able to come out within a few days to install our new door. Managed details with Katie and she was super responsive, with clear communication.
Door looks great, Larry got rid of old door, installed our new pre-purchased door (pre-hung), did weatherstripping, added a new quarter round and installed our new smart lock. Katie handled the details of managing and did the painting. We are so happy with the new door.

Holley Home Improvements
Holley is a talented professional when it came to weather stripping the 4 doors in my house. I have an older house so he had to fabricate the door to fit the weather stripping. It was a lot of work and he knocked it out and now our doors are fully weatherproof. I recommend Holley, he knows what he is doing.

We recently had a three-section sliding door installed on our patio. Unfortunately, the frames of two of the doors were damaged, potentially during delivery or installation. However, I can only speculate on the cause. My primary concern is why the installer didn't report this issue after unboxing them before installing. Doors cannot now be returned without the cost of removal and reinstallation. Although the installation itself was quick and clean, the doors were installed with noticeable gaps between them and the beams, and poorly fitting boards were used to fill the spaces. Despite the smooth installation process being a positive, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. For those considering investing in high-end doors, I would advise seeking alternative options, but for standard doors, this service is OK.

The guys showed up on time and even volunteered to pick the door up for me at Lowe’s because my car is small. They did a good job with the install. However, the door handle wasn’t properly installed and fell off in my hand with the first use. I sent a message and never got a response. I felt like after they got payment they didn’t care about me or the work even though there was an issue. I did get a hold of Katie who said she was the personal assistant and she was AWESOME! Katie was professional, super nice and made a trip out to my house to fix it herself early this morning. She even noticed that they didn’t put in a strike plate on the door jam and installed an extra one she had in her car. Katie truly saved my review of this install.

Worked seemed okay until we had to pull the molding off and found a large gap in between the door and wall! Job was not done well at all and we would have never known if we didn’t have to remove the molding.

Asked me to use a different site to book, quoted me different hourly rates via text, email and website, said they need to send two people for work on doors at double the hourly rate, confirmed my booking date and time and then in the last 5 minutes of their arrival window said they can’t make it today because they forgot to schedule the 2nd person. Unbelievable!
