- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and tailored to each project based on several factors, including product brand, size, style, and any customizations. We believe every home deserves the best, and no two projects are alike—so we don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We provide best-in-class products for a range of budgets and deliver detailed quotes so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief conversation to ensure our services align with your needs. From there, we schedule an in-home appointment with a dedicated design consultant. Your consultant will take time to understand your goals, inspect your existing windows or doors (or the spaces for new ones), take measurements, and design a solution tailored to your home. At Brennan Enterprises, we believe in choice—you can request multiple estimates to compare different product and pricing options before making a decision. Once you choose to move forward, a skilled technician will return to take final measurements before we place your product order. After your products arrive, your technician will coordinate the installation with you. We stay in touch throughout the process to ensure a smooth and informed experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has decades of experience in the home improvement industry. While we now specialize in windows and doors, we’ve worked on all parts of the home exterior and have a deep understanding of building science. We’ve received product training directly from leading manufacturers and stay current on best practices for installation and energy efficiency standards. Most importantly we have a strong focus on team culture which means our team members stay with us longer and we're able to provide high quality, consistent results for our customers.
