We had an emergency leak in our roof and after calling many places, we landed with Phillips. Their customer service is phenomenal!! From the phone call to the service from Manuel, top notch!! I cant think of one thing they could have done better. Francisco was fantastic. Walked the outside of our home. Made suggestions. We said yes to most of them, but not all. Got a quote. Agreed. Communication up until the work was done was clear and consistent. Never wondered who was in charge or if we had been forgotten. Then the work week hit and the job was done in three days. The main work was to paint the gutters, window trim, siding, and facia boards. The crew was terrific and responsive. Asked about a couple of small items. Resolved a couple of minor issues. It was all done really well. I am totally pleased. I would hire them again and am happy to recommend Phillips Home Improvements to others.

I cannot say enough good things about the nice folks at Phillips. They made everything so easy. Their communications were top-notch, and i was kept updated at all times. The work was flawless - it literally looks like I have a new house!They did a new roof, complete exterior paint, replaced all the fascia and stained my fence. And a new set of gutters! The price was very reasonable for the quality of the work.I am definitely planning on being a repeat customer, and have recommended them to my friends.
