- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A Roof square is 10 fr x 10 ft. We have free estimates just tell us what you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
File an insurance claim for hail, wind, and storm related damages if your roof is 10 years or older. Contact me as soon as you have a date and time with the adjuster. We will provide your adjuster and you with an estimate. After you receive money from your insurance then you just pay for what exactly you want done. We do not collect the whole insurance claim unless we do all the work.
