- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is based specifically on the job. We are fully licensed and insured and we offer the best price for the highest quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will need to do an onsite evaluation to determine an exact price quote for what services we will be able to offer new customers. Upon requesting a quote, we set up a time that works best for you. After our initial evaluation, we send you a quote and scope of work. Once all of this is agreed upon we begin our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of fully trained and licensed arborists who have extensive knowledge in diagnosing tree illnesses, recommending remedies and applying remedies for sick trees, removing dead trees, stump grinding, tree pruning/trimming, tree planting, tree relocation, etc.
