Rosy got back with me almost instantly, with one of the most competitive rates on the site. She was extremely friendly and was able to get a crew out to my place in less than 24 hours. I was more than impressed with her company's service. The cleaning was extremely thorough, and made the place look as clean as it was the very first day I moved in. To be quite honest, it almost made me not want to move. The process was so simple... I literally left a key under the mat, and her amazing crew took care of the rest. They even brought all of their own supplies. What's even more impressive is that Rosy emailed me afterwards to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory. Thanks so much!

Mike is very fair, very professional, on-time and did an excellent job of cleaning out my attic, garage, patio & a few large pieces of furniture in two hours flat. I knew the job was bigger than the low ball bids that came in from others.

Trey cleaned 1500 sq ft of white tile in my new home. When he first arrived, I was concerned that he was flying solo because I wondered how he would move furniture without dragging it and marking up the floor. I need not have worried. Trey brought sliders and a lot of muscle to the process. He proved unfailingly gracious, even cleaning my garage floor to compensate for a few feet fewer than on my original guesstimate since he'd allotted enough time. When finished, the floor looked phenomenal. I will definitely hire Trey in the future. He's an impressive young man! Kudos with a high-five chaser on a job well done, Trey!

Very impressed with Protex's Mason. He arrived on time and was very friendly. The water was turned off early at my condo and Mason was willing to carry buckets from my neighbor's across the street. He took his time and carpets looked amazing after he was done with them! Very reasonably priced. Great value. I will be using his cleaning services in the future.

Oscar and his wife, Marcela are very professional and their work is acceptional!!! They were very careful with my furniture and concerned that both my husband, myself and my family who came to visit while they were here, were safe and didn't fall on the tile because of our wet feet while they were cleaning. They breathed new life into my old carpeting making it look clean, fresh and nearly new again. I'm very pleased with their services and I will use them again and again. I also learned yesterday that they are available for home cleaning services including washing window. That will be my next job with them after the first of the year.
