Chris Emrick says, "Called Underwoods and they had someone out within an hour to pump our septic. The first guy wasnt able to find the tank so they sent out someone else to find the tank about an hour later. Turns out the tank seems fine but the main pipe had lots of roots. Was quoted $6K to replace 30 feet of pipe in our backyard which seemed really high. Fortunately we have time to shop around and were able to schedule with another company for a fraction of the price.Price aside, still giving 5 stars because everyone was super friendly and had it been an emergency, they had someone out ready to do the work within an hour of my call.Will call again if we ever run into an emergency situation."See more

Diego is great. He does quality work that is up to code, and he works efficiently. Excellent communicator. He's flexible, too. Having recently purchased a home, I needed a new water heater (and it needed to be installed to code, too). I knew exactly what was required from a code compliance standpoint because I purchased a home inspection that called out the specific violations. Without being told, Diego knew exactly how to get the new water heater up to code. He simply does not cut corners. He also installed a hot water recirculating system for me (if you're reading this review, go out and get one and have Diego install it for you!). I highly recommend Diego.

Connor is a knight in shining armor! I was having all sorts of issues with another company and I had enough. I called him this morning and he answered and talked me through options and in the end we replaced our water heater the proper way. He was able to install this for us today so it was a true blessing to find him. He’s got a customer for life. Now I’m going to take a nice hot shower (after 3 days of no hot water).
