We offer discounts on both window cleaning and power washing services to clients who enroll in our yearly window cleaning program for the Tri-monthly cleaning services.

The customer-business interaction initiates through varied channels like website inquiries, calls and emails. We prioritize understanding the customer's needs by involving discussions to align products/services with their requirements. We then craft proposals and presentations based on the gathered data outlines how the business can meet these needs, often involving negotiations for mutual agreement. Finalizing deals includes signing contracts and fulfilling necessary formalities. Post-deal, onboarding supports customers in adapting to the product/service, followed by relationship building, feedback incorporation, and opportunities for renewal or upselling to ensure long-term customer retention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Professionals in window cleaning and power washing with industry-specific training covering safety, equipment handling, cleaning techniques, and customer service. Workers have gone through apprenticeships, gaining hands-on experience in surface cleaning, chemical use, and equipment operation encompassing ladder safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
