- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are mostly based on the customer needs and size of home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information that I can from what is the major concern in their home to be cleaned, up to if they want me to use any of their products or any special instructions they may have for me for example: if they have pets,alarm system,method of entry etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this field since 2007 I've worked in different companies from hotel scenario to cleaning homes and offices. I have learned to work with different type of customers through these companies and also have had training on inspecting homes after teams have cleaned to ensure customers satisfaction.
