David was super quick and made a follow up plan to finish up a part of the project I didn't anticipate and originally contract him for. His pricing was very reasonable. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself and making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each job individually based on the level of difficulty as well as the amount of time I believe the job will take to complete.
Repeat clients are the best for somebody in my field so to help both the client as well as my self I offer discounts for repeat clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has requested a service to be done I always schedule a phone call at their earliest convenience to go over the exact details, pricing as well as scheduling a time that will work for them to complete the job.
