I actually liked all five - so add professionalism and punctuality to the list. Louis looked at our problem, figured it out immediately and explained it to us. He made the repairs and cleaned up both areas when finished. We are very pleased and plan to use him again for another home project.

Luis is in Arlington and was available while others were busy. We needed a handyman for two tasks. First, paint a thin long crack on the ceiling with white sealant. Second, attaching a rail for hanging art against the fireplace wall. For the projects, he used his own ladder. His ladder was safer and more purpose-built than ours. Luis finished the ceiling task neatly and in a few minutes. No more visible cracks. The second task was harder. The fireplace had a tile wall. He had to align the rail with the edge of the wall. Luis had to screw the rail into the ceiling. It looks tidy and the artwork hangs securely. Beyond his professional methods, Luis communicates well. I highly recommend Luis.
