I was initially doubtful about getting rid of the smoke smell in the house. They came and explained the process to me clearly and were able to get rid of the smell. They did a wonderful job and were very responsive.

My experience with Ben was amazing! I had a bad odor issue in the garage of a rental home I was trying to sell (due to pets being kept there). The pet waste odor was causing seller’s to balk. Ben was very responsive - communicated what treatments could be done and what to expect and communicated a fair price for service up front. After each step he evaluated the condition of the property and adjusted the treatment. In the end - after Ben’s hard work and applied expertise - the garage smells like it should - and I am confident it will sell easily! I’m a very happy camper! Going forward- anytime I have an odor issue in a property- Ben will be my first call! You should call him too if you have any odors in you home!
