Fat City Clean is not as good as the many 5 stars are indicating. I hired Fat City to remove dog odor from the garage of a rental property that I own. Micheal was eager to take on the task. We set a date and he came out to do the job. It took about two to three hours. For that day the smell was removed. Unfortunately, a couple of days later the smell returned. I called Micheal and he said he would return to try again. We setup a date, April 26th between 9am and 10am. I arrived at the property a 9am and stayed until 1030am. Micheal never did arrive. I tried calling him and texting him. NO ANSWER. Maybe there was a good reason, I waited three days. Bottom line, he had no intention of showing up. I wish he was man enough to just tell me that and I would not have had the tenant of the house move stuff out of the garage. I will find a company that will stand behind their work. I know not its not FAT CITY. As long as everything goes as plan all companies are five stars. Its when something goes wrong you find out the true snakes.
