They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had aquariums for over 20 years and I learned a lot in the 2 hours when they came to do deep clean my 100 gallon tank. When the technician first walked through the door, he gave me his advice on the survival of the fish and their health before attempting to get started. Was advised to do a partial to build their health back up then finish in about a month later as my tank hasn’t been cleaned in 3 years and my pump was not working. My fish 15 years old and I had them since they were born because I had both parents. See before and after pictures. The after picture is only 45 minutes starting the filter cycle
