- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each event begins with an initial consultation to understand the type of event being planned and the overall vision. During this consultation, clients are encouraged to share any inspiration photos or reference images, which will be used to better understand their style, theme, and expectations. After reviewing the inspiration and discussing the client’s needs and preferences, we will outline the scope of services required. At this stage, pricing will be discussed based on the event details, design complexity, and requested services. Clients will be asked to provide a budget range. Based on the stated budget, we will determine what elements can be realistically recreated and propose design options that align with both the vision and the price range. When necessary, alternative suggestions may be offered to achieve a similar aesthetic while remaining within budget. A retainer fee is required to secure the event date. The date is not considered reserved until the retainer has been received. Once the retainer fee is paid, custom mock-ups and design previews will be provided to help visualize the final setup and ensure alignment with the agreed-upon concept.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my journey by creating events for my nieces and nephews. From there, my passion for event planning truly developed. I enjoy designing and coordinating a wide range of events, tailoring each one to suit different occasions and needs.
