From our first contact I knew I had hit the jackpot (a contractor who cares). He called with 20 min of my request on Thumb Tack. In fact, throughout the construction anytime I had an issue or something I would call him. He would answer immediately or call back within 15. Most contractors just let you wait until it’s convenient for them. This first positive contact made me decide immediately that this was the contractor for me. I did no other price shopping or interviews. His quote was reasonable, so I hired him.

2. Quoted 10 work days took only 6 work days.
3. Workers were polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves and covered everything in plastic.
4. They hauled all the debris off-site.
5. The same crew stayed on the job the whole time.
Art is friendly, knowledgeable and will instantly put your fears and questions at ease. He acts like an owner, in other words he puts his company’s name behind the job. If there is one person you should hire for any in-house remodeling, you should call Art/Arthur without fail. You will not be disappointed.
