So many things to avoid-rarely showed up when they said, project quotes time and costs were way beyond reasonable from beginning to end. Payment wanted mostly upfront. Learning how to do things as the job progressed. Rework was a time killer and a budget killer which they wanted to be reimbursed for their learning OJT. Overall nice people but subpar skills. Damaged property not replaced. In the end after 2 months (on a 1-2 week project) walked away without completing project.

The reason why we hire professional is because they have better tools, knowledge, experience and know what is the best materials to used for whatever situation, unfortunately that is not the case here. Melanie proved to be very unprofessional. What was supposed to be a quick bathroom remodeling job drag on for six weeks and by that time only 70% of it was done and what was accomplished was mediocre. We hired professional to get professional results but judging by the end results I could of just done it myself and achieved a better result. The project was costly to begin with and as time drag on Melanie kept on asking for more money for supplies she never bought with the down payment. Their profile mention 6 employees but it is just her. And the reason the project took so long was because she was inconsistent in showing up with a few days of no-show and a few days of showing up for 3-4 hours but progressing nothing...
