Josh from Blue Collar Canine helped us out with training Sturgill, our 10 month old Golden Retriever. As a first time dog owner, there was a lot I didn't know, the internet only gets you so far without having someone to ask. Josh was extremely patient with us and flexible with our schedules. At the end he showed us how he taught Sturgill, so that we are able to continue reinforcing his education and he's kept in contact to check on how we're doing! Very highly recommend, it was very worth it!!

If I could select all the positive indicators for Joshua @ Blue Collar Canine, I would! Our dogs will never be in better hands than while under Joshua’s care. First impressions are everything and at our meet and greet, I immediately noticed his calm demeanor that effortlessly transferred to my dogs as if they had been lifelong buddies.
Joshua not only sent photo updates everyday, even while we were overseas, he also works with them daily. Instead of just making sure your dogs are fed and walked, he implements enrichment into their days! If you are worried about your “difficult dog” Joshua is your guy. I was worried about one of my anti-social dogs. Seeing photos of said dog walking alongside a new dog friend of his own was incredibly impressive!
When planning our future vacations, I’ll be making sure the dates line up with Blue Collar Canine’s availability because if our dogs can’t stay with him, we will wait until they can! Honestly, it’s like our dogs have a vacation of their own when they stay with Blue Collar Canine 🩵

We would highly recommend Blue Collar Canine for boarding and training. Joshua is always quick to respond and so accommodating to our crazy schedule when needing care for our dogs. The dogs have a great time and love playing in the yard and the walks!

Josh is amazing. He is calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to help dogs and dog parents. He's not just a "daycare". My dogs normally take several minutes of introduction before they will calm down around a new person. But with Josh, they went straight to him without hesitation. They have stayed with him several times. Sometimes just for the day but have stayed overnight multiple times. Each time we take them, they get super excited when we pull up to his house. He's the best.

Because we don't have the added overhead costs of a lease, utilities, etc. we are able to offer lower prices, as well as, provide higher standards of service! Instead of being left behind in a warehouse overnight, our clients can rest knowing their pet is safe and well taken care of in our home 24/7!

1. We have an initial in-person meeting, video chat, or phone conversation.
2. We schedule a day to begin work.
