For your convenience, we offer a full service web site, in which you can order prints, books, albums and art work from the convenience of your home and much more! Bill was fantastic! He worked with an extended family group of approximately 35, including many small children. He blended in so well, everyone thought he was part of the family. His photo work was wonderful. We have lots of memorable party shots. Loved Bill Donovan!

I was looking to have a portrait done of my family. My mother, My three sons and myself. I saw picture Some 10 years before I realized We we due for another portrait. my mother was sick trying to recover from cancer, so this portrait was possibly a crucial one to be made. I called Bam Photography and spoke to Bill. I told him of my reasoning for this portrait he assured me that he could do this. I got my boys together and told my mom we were to do this. She agreed. He made a home visit knowing my mother's limitations. He helped us with our positions and particularly with my mother in her delicate health. He made my mom smile which put us all at ease. we even manage to get the family dogs in the picture. It was a good day for my mom, and a proud moment for her. Since that time, my mom had passed. It was a long struggle from there for her, but now I only have a beautiful family portrait. Our last picture of all of us is my last great memory frozen in time. Its a great picture I never get tired of looking at. A picture of a happy time. Thanks Bill.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a standard hourly fee and it really depends on the services being requested by the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I sit with a new client, it important for me to understand their needs (Listen) and make a connection of trust. Through this process I will gain the direction needed to create a great experience for the client. Keep in mind, this is a collaborative process. Upfront and honesty is still the best policy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a background in graphic design and animation which helped me to transcend to a rewarding career in photography. I travel near and afar to attend professional symposiums and continue to develop my skills with hands on training courses. I am currently a member of Kelby One.
