We met with six painters for our exterior painting needs. Leo's bid was priced fair and he is the only contractor who provided us with a detailed written proposal. He outlined exactly what he was going to do to prep and then stain our exterior cedar shingles, fence and antique front door. He communicates well with his clients and we appreciated his input and patience while we chose the stain colors. He does a very thorough job and cleans up well when he is done each day. Leo was a great choice and I am very happy we hired him.
