Steve L. says, "I scheduled a $149 “simple” air duct cleaning, which included vacuuming the air ducts and dryer vent. When the technician arrived, I was told I also needed to clean and sanitize one plenum box for an additional $350. The biggest issue came after the service. The technician forgot to reinstall the air filters on both HVAC units. Because my house was under construction, the systems ran without filters, causing both evaporator coils to become heavily coated with construction dust. After a week, the office contacted and resolved the issue with some refunds. At least the company is helping with resolving issue between customer and their subcontractor."See more
