100% satisfaction and MORE! Mr. Coleman is not only skilled with home repair and maintenance services, he's rates are below others and will negotiate based on a specific job, or will "bundle" multiple work items into one rock bottom price. We are not only very pleased with the work performed on our rental property, we plan to use his services on our personal residence.
In addition to exterior home repairs and tree removal, he installed new appliances, garage door openers, AC/Heating maintence, hardwood floor repair, and his spouse performed a complete home cleaning service!
Coleman is a gentleman, professional, and HONEST -- a rare quality in many service providers today. He has such a gentle way about him, he becomes more like a friend that is helping you with home projects. You will not regret employing him for your next home project.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dennis Coleman for any and all maintenance needs that you should require. He has repaired appliances, painted my building, and has helped me with other maintenance issues over the last several years. Dennis was extremely professional and I was very comfortable with him in my home. He rewired some electrical for me so I could mount a tv above my mantle without cords hanging. The job turned out to be bigger than we both thought due to a fire wall in my attic. Dennis never changed his price and continued the job with a great attitude. The only thing that could have improved the experience was that a little spot in my living room wall was messed up while working on outlet near floor. Dennis patched for me but I'll need to paint. It's a minor thing in the long run but wanted to give honest review. Overall I was very satisfied with Dennis and will hire him again for future projects.

When Mr. Coleman responded to my request for someone to put in replace my hot water heater he quoted me his fee which was beyond reasonable and I would pay for the parts. One of the larger "well-known plumbing companies" came out and quoted me a price 2K higher (w/parts) which was hilarious considering the actual heater I have was under $250.
Dennis came out and tested everything and determined the small pin-hole leak in my hot water flex line connection was the only problem. He ended up changing all of the lines and bringing it up to code. He re-quoted me a lower price since it was not a replacement but his original price was very reasonable for the work he still had to do.
I was looking for a Maintenance Man and Mr. Coleman is it! He has all of the qualities that are needed: 1) He was on-time 2) He was very friendly and respectful 3) He was very skilled and knowledgeable 4) He did an outstanding job and didn't take any short-cuts 5) His prices are very reasonable 6) He is Walking By Faith! VERY highly recommended and I definitely will use him for all future jobs!
