I would NOT recommend this business, or this individual to anyone unless you are looking for disappointment, frustration, and overall dissatisfaction with a general contractor. The contracted work was never completed. Communication was absent. Promised refunds were never made. The work that was actually completed was less than custom or professional. Lies and deceit apparently are the way of doing "business" with Mr. Pilarcik. I can only hope that nobody else will fall victim to the same fiasco we went through.
