- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing guide since all projects are unique. Based on our on-site evaluation, we will provide you with our best pricing which we hope you see as fair and a good value for the service and quality craftsmanship we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our craftsman or Project Manager will meet the customer at home, evaluate your needs and then write a written proposal outlining the work scope and the pricing to complete your project. All estimates are free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our craftsman have over 10 years of experience. Many have learned hands on from years of practice or as an apprentice to a master. In addition, our craftsman are continuously learning and practicing the latest and most up to date construction practices/techniques, and using the newest tools and equipment needed to perform work efficiently.
