Robert was helpful with the selection of the exterior door and frame he installed. He also repaired a door and frame we thought we had to replace. He did not replace the base plate to the doorway of the exterior leaving a large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. We have to hire someone else to install it which will involve cutting into the door frame. It would have been easier to do before the door was hung.
