We provide fair, value oriented, competitive pricing with no hidden fees. We also offer you a variety of payment options. We are flexible. We schedule your services when it is convenient for you and tailor our services to meet your needs. We are an honest, reputable company with a professional, courteous staff that is available to you. We have a full-time customer service department, and our property inspectors and pest services technicians will answer your questions and explain all aspects of the process--even if it's a year later. We will fairly assess the condition of your property and make recommendations on furthering the life of its components. Our reports are comprehensive, yet easy to understand. Our staff has excellent written and verbal skills and can effectively communicate the facts in realistic perspective with clients, general contractors, realtors, and lending institutions. We follow, and/or in most cases exceed, the standards set forth by our various licensing entities. We have successfully completed thousands of inspections and have hundreds of repeat inspection and pest control clients who are consistently and satisfactorily served daily. Our E&O and General Liability insurance policies exceed state-required minimum limits of coverage. However due to our professional, thorough services, we have never had to file a claim on our policies. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and have never had a complaint on file.
