- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the service we are providing, the square footage we will be cleaning and how long it will take us to meet the needs and expectations of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We talk with our customers to understand their needs and what's most important to them because we realize that not everyone is the same. We then provide a quote and get their first cleaning scheduled. After the first cleaning we always check in with the customer to make sure they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our maids go through an entire week of on-the-job training when they are hired, then continue to perfect their craft under the supervision of our field service supervisor for several months.
